The Aetna Social Compact website was created as a way for Mark Bertolini, the CEO of Aetna, to communicate Aetna’s decision to improve wages and medical benefits for thousands of Aetna employees and to encourage other CEOs to follow in Aetna’s footsteps.
Mark’s office asked our creative team for a dynamic and easy way to share the message on the social compact initiative. For this project we partnered with one of our digital agencies. 
Ultimately, the in-house team handled the design and content development and the agency created the wireframes and code. It was a collaborative partnership between internal and external agencies.
