Collecting Customers
NCO Group is a business process outsourcing company and collection agency that provides accounts receivable management services for its clients. They have over 40,000 employees. Back in 2002, they were looking for a sales kit and other support material for their sales teams. I personally designed all the material for this campaign as well as organized and art directed the photoshoot at NCO's headquarters in Horsham, PA.
