Digital Experience Vision
Health care consumers make decisions based on quality, convenience, education and cost. Aetna has a variety of transparency and other tools to help members make these decisions — but each one is a stand alone tool and difficult to navigate to and use. This vision project was developed under my direction with my creative team. It envisions how the data and information from these many tools could be integrated into one convenient, seamless experience for Aetna members. For the purposes of clarity and simplicity, we’ve chosen the mobile platform as the best way to demonstrate this member experience vision.
