In an effort to boost member website sign-up and use this campaign was developed to reach employees through short, friendly and timed communications. The challenge when reaching members that have health benefits through their employer is many times the insurer does not have direct access to the member through digital channels. This campaign has 2 parts. First to reach employers giving them communication tools to be delivered to their employees in an effort to increase online registration of their benefits. Me and my team designed this entire campaign in under two weeks in order to have it ready for me to present to over 200 account managers at their annual meeting. They are the ones that ultimately communicated directly with those Aetna customers so it was critical that they understood the member journey and overall communications plan.
